Our services are primarily intended for small and medium-sized companies that need reliable day-to-day IT management without building an entire internal department. We can take full responsibility for agreed IT areas or support an internal administrator with user support, monitoring and security expertise. We tailor the collaboration to the company’s size, systems, working methods and real priorities—not to a one-size-fits-all package.

Depending on the agreed scope, the regular service may include user support, device management, monitoring, updates, endpoint protection, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration, backup supervision, incident resolution and regular reporting. Our proposal always separates the monthly service from licences, hardware, one-off projects and work outside the agreed arrangement. You will know in advance what is and is not included.

Pricing is based on the number of users and devices, the scope of managed systems, security requirements, the number of locations and the required support model. We also consider on-site work, licences and any one-off projects. After an initial assessment, we prepare a transparent proposal separating regular services, licences and one-off work. Any changes to the scope are handled by mutual agreement.

We begin with an initial consultation and map users, devices, cloud services, documentation and current issues. We then agree how access, responsibilities and necessary information will be handed over. We review the environment, set priorities and prepare a stabilisation plan. During the transition, we can work with the existing provider or internal IT team to minimise risks and disruption to operations.

We classify requests by urgency and business impact. An outage of a key service is therefore handled differently from a routine user request. Response time means the start of resolution, not an automatic guarantee that the issue will be fully resolved within that time. Specific response times, service hours, escalation procedures and conditions for on-site intervention are defined in the service-level agreement according to the client’s needs.

Security is built on a combination of update management, endpoint protection, multi-factor authentication, encryption, monitoring and backup within the agreed scope. Administrative access is limited to what is necessary to manage the entrusted systems. For backups, we define which systems are protected, how often, how long data is retained and how recovery is verified. The specific setup reflects the company’s risks and needs.

We first determine the scope and impact of the problem, then limit its spread and protect critical operations. We keep the client informed about the current status, next steps and any decisions required. Service restoration follows, together with checks that the environment is secure and functional again. After a serious incident, we assess the cause and recommend measures to reduce the risk of recurrence.

Reporting should be more than a technical list of events. Depending on the scope of the collaboration, it may cover requests, devices, updates, protection, backups, incidents and identified risks. It also includes recommendations and priorities for the next period. Management receives a clear view of IT health, open issues and areas requiring attention or budget.

Yes. Wherever possible, company accounts, cloud environments, domains, data and licences remain under the client’s control. During the collaboration, we maintain the agreed documentation and an overview of the managed environment. When the service ends, we hand over the necessary information and administrative access, remove our permissions and, by agreement, assist with the transition to an internal team or another provider.
